3-Year old children are learning to relate to others socially and eager to actively explore the world around them. Play is their primary vehicle for understanding the world around them.
Children play alone and with friends. Through play they act out new and familiar experiences, and begin to relate to the world around them in a
meaningful way. Our goal is to nurture the whole child—to help each individual student grow and learn.

Hello! I am Miss Larissa! I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year! Fun fact about me ... before moving to Maryland I was born and raised in Brazil, Espirito Santo. When I'm not teaching, I spend my time with my two boys, who are 7 and 9 years old, along with my stepchildren who are twin 4 year olds and a 15 year-old teenager!
I have a passion for traveling, fishing, cooking, being in nature, and exploring new places with my family. I love being a teacher and making a positive impact in our kiddo's lives. I have been teaching for over 6 years at FHNP.

I am 25 years old. Some of my favorite things to do include reading a good book, coloring, and puzzles! I also love to go on hikes with my friends and find cool places.
Why I love teaching:
I love getting to build relationships with the kids and to help be a part of shaping their growing minds; watching them become more of themselves as the year goes on is truly wonderful.

I am 22 years old! My favorite thing to do is be outdoors, especially hiking and camping. I have a cat named Leo because we're both August babies! I love horror movies, Redbull, video games, reading, and music.
Why I love teaching:
I have been teaching kids for almost 4 years! I love how pure and innocent they are at this age, and I love watching their little minds grow and learn. I enjoy spending time with kids because they make me so happy!
